Today’s post is going to be short and sweet because Crossfit killed me tonight. I don’t know how a 6 minute workout (yes, you read that right…6 min!) could wear me out like it did. I’m only on week 4 and very much a beginner, but I absolutely love it. I’ll try to get some action shots later this week and show you what it’s all about.
