Would you invite strangers into your home for a concert? Ever attended a living room concert?  Well, I went to one on Friday night and it was a blast. Our neighbors had entered to win a concert in their home and won! How cool is that? Appleseed Cast showed up at their home early Friday evening, set up their equipment and proceeded to play an in-house concert for 40 from 8:15-9:30pm. 

The crowd was a mix of half their friends and half total strangers- all coming together in the name of music. Most of the crowd was pretty hipster-read we didn’t fit in and really stood out. In fact, one guy approached us simply because he was curious to find out if we knew who the bad was. Based on what the crowd looked like, I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy the music. I could have googled the band ahead of time, but that would have taken the fun out of it. I was pleasantly surprised to find I enjoyed their music and really could have listened to them all evening. All in all, it was a fun night.
